More than 22 years of experience in process improvements, six sigma quality, transformation, outsourcing and project management. Ashutosh has worked with some of the best and largest organisations across USA, Europe and Australia. In his corporate career, Ashutosh has held leadership roles as Head of Quality, Analytics, Re-engineering, Transformation and training for international organisations such as ABN AMRO Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, WNS, Genpact and led Program Management with Convergys. His passion is business transformation with Lean and six sigma.
Dr. B. Chandra served as the head of Mathematics Department, Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Delivered lectures at University of Pittsburgh, Penn State University, Eastern Illinois University, University of Hawaii, University of Texas at Dallas, University of Orleans, Virginia Tech and at the National University of Singapore, Bangor University, U.K. and Ecole de Mines Paris.
She has published more than 80 research papers in reputed International journals in the area of Data Science and analytics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Mining , Neural Networks , Feature Selection and Databases. One of the leading authorities in data analytics, supports the analyse part of Six sigma certifications curriculum, does consulting and other specialised courses for Data Potential Academy.
Susmita Narayan is an independent consultant based in India. An engineer by training, she has over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry in Process Engineering and Operations Management and has mentored hundreds of improvement initiatives.
Susmita is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric and has been the Quality Leader for Agilent Technologies. She has experience in implementing Carnegie Mellon University’s SEI-Capability Maturity Model, the ISO model, SOX, and Lean for Services.
Aarti Ahuja, Certified COPC implementation leader with 17+ years of experience.
